    五穀米功效有预防大肠癌、降血压、减肥、防便秘等好处。但是消化系统差、容易胀气的人不宜摄取太多五穀米,以免造成肠胃不适。

    Step 1

    将五谷米和糯米洗净,浸水4小时,滤干水,放入电饭煲里。Wash the multigrain rice and glutinous rice, soak in water for 4 hours, drain and put into rice cooker.

    Step 2

    加入水、盐、糖和油,用煮饭的方式煮熟,拌松,待凉,分成10等份。Add in water, salt, sugar and oil, cook rice as usual; once done, loosen the rice and let cool before divide into 10 equal portions.

    Step 3

    将1份五谷米饭铺在保鲜纸上,放上肉松,包成饭团,洒上适量肉松装饰,依法做完材料即可。Spread 1 portion of cooked rice on cling, top with chicken floss and then wrap into rice balls shape, sprinkle with additional chicken floss for decoration; repeat steps until finish all ingredients.
