    Step 1

    将辣椒糊材料全部放进搅拌机搅均,待用。Blend paste ingredients into a fine paste.

    Step 2

    把辣椒糊倒入炒锅中炒至出油,再加入红葱片、亚叁汁和水滚煮4-5分钟。Pour the paste into a wok and saute till the oil release from the paste. Then add in red onion slices, tamarind juice and water. Let the gravy boil for 4-5 minutes.

    Step 3

    陆续加入鱼片、叻沙叶、番茄、盐和糖。Add fish, daun kesum, tomato, salt and sugar.

    Step 4

    以中火焖煮6-7分钟,加入羊角豆拌炒均匀即可。Let it simmer for 6-7 minutes over medium heat , add lady finger and stir well and its done.
