    1.把材料A和B加入五花肉搅拌均匀,再加 入面粉腌制过夜(或最少腌制3个小时)。 Marinate the pork belly overnight with ingredient A & B. (or marinate at least 3 hour)

    2.取出腌制好的五花肉,裹上一层薄薄的面 粉,放入热油中炸至金黄色,即可盛出。 Take out the marinated pork belly, coat it with a thin layer of flour and deep fried in hot oil till crispy, done.
