酥酥的饼干加上脆脆的玉米片口感真是一级棒。
先把配方的玉米片稍微压碎备用。Crush corn flakes a bit for use.
然后把牛油和细沙糖打松发至乳白颜色。Then beat butter and caster sugar until creamy.
慢慢分次把蛋加入 搅拌至均匀。Slowly add in eggs in a few steps and stir well.
加入过筛的低筋面粉,玉米片碎及玉米粉, 搅拌至成粉团。Add the sifted super fine flour, crushed corn flakes and corn flour, knead into dough.
把打好的粉团分割约15克一粒,用手将混合均匀的面糊搓圆, 裹上其余的玉米碎片, 摆在铺上烘培纸的烤盘。Divide the dough into about 15g each. Shape into balls with hands and coat with remaining corn flakes. Place them on a baking tray line with parchment paper.
