    这款鸡蛋糕食材简单,做法也简单,只要鸡蛋液打发到位应该说是成功率比较高的家常小蛋糕。(取自网络)

    Step 1

    鸡蛋加糖打至松发。勾起时能出现纹路。Beat the eggs and sugar till fluffy.

    Step 2

    慢慢加入粉类搅拌均匀即可。Add in flour and baking powder gradually and mix well.

    Step 3

    预热kuih bahulu模型,涂上少许的油,将面糊放入挤花袋,把面糊按入模子里8分满。Preheat kuih bahulu mould and grease it. Spoon the mixture into kuih bahulu mould until 3/4 full.

    Step 4

    以200度烘烤10分钟至金黄色,即可取出。 Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    用牙签挑出烤好的鸡蛋糕即可。Use the toothpick to pick out the baked kuih bahulu.
