养生糙米甜粥 Healthy brown rice sweet porridge

【材料】
糙米1杯、金瓜150克(去皮切丁)、紫色番薯150克(去皮切丁)、枸杞20克、葡萄干50
克、冰糖180克、豆浆水1 公升、水800毫升
【做法】
1. 将糙米,洗净沥干后与水放入锅中煮滚后转小火继续煮至糙米开花。
2. 加入金瓜、番薯丁、枸杞、葡萄干同煮约10分钟。
3. 倒入豆浆水与冰糖煮滚便可。

【Ingredients】
1 cup of 55 O Brown Rice, 150g pumpkin(peeled and diced),150g purple sweet potatoes( peeled and diced) , 20g Gou Qi,
50g raisin, 180g rock sugar, 1 litre soya bean, 800ml water
【Method】
1. Wash 55 O Brown Rice, put together with water in rice cooker, cook till boil, turn low heat and simmer till brown rice softhen.
2. Add in pumpkin, sweet potatoes, Gou Qi and raisins, boil for another 10 minutes.(pic 5)
3. Pour in soya bean and rock sugar, cook till boilling, done.
