    Step 1

    将鸡腿加入腌料,拌匀腌制2小时或隔夜。Marinate chicken whole-leg with condiments for 2 hours or overnight.

    Step 2

    准备一锅滚水加入2茶匙油,川烫芥兰花,沥干水分备用。Boil a pot of water with 2 tsp oil and blanch the broccoli until cooked, drain.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油爆香配料A,加入腌制好的鸡肉炒匀再加入配料B,用小火焖30分钟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté subingredients A until fragrant,add in marinated chicken whole-leg and stir-fry;add in sub-ingredients B and simmer in low heat for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    勾芡后盛出,装饰即可配饭享用。Thicken with starch,garnish to serve.
