    若不想买现成的炸凤爪,也可以考虑选用新鲜凤爪。

    Step 1

    起锅热油,把香料炒至香,然后加入黄姜粉,咖哩粉及研磨香料,炒至香味溢出。Heat oil in a wok, saute spices ingredients until fragrant. Add in turmeric powder, meat curry powder and ground spice ingredients. Fry until aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入凤爪,炒均后加入次椰浆,加盖以小火焖煮30-35分钟。Add chicken feet. Stir well then add thin coconut milk. Cover and allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入芋头,炒均后继续焖煮15-20分钟,然后加入椰浆头,煮至大滚后调味即可。Add in yam to mix. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Pour in thick coconut milk and allow to boil again. Add seasoning to taste.
