    红豆有较多的膳食纤维,具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、解毒抗癌、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。

    Step 1

    有机红豆洗净后,用纯净水浸泡过夜。Wash organic red beans and then soak in purified water overnight.

    Step 2

    将红豆和纯净水倒入锅内,大火煮滚后转小火焖煮45分钟后,下黄糖后,即可熄火备用。 Pour red beans and pure water into the pot, boil over high heat, and then simmer in low heat for 45 minutes. Add in brown sugar, turn off heat and set aside.

    Step 3

    捞起红豆放入另一汤锅内,同时倒入杏仁豆奶和寒天粉,以中小火、不停搅拌煮滚后离火,备用。transfer cooked red beans into another pot, add in almond soy milk and pudding powder at the same time. Stir with medium low heat until boiled; set aside.

    Step 4

    将红豆豆奶用搅拌机搅拌至细,然后倒入小杯内,放进雪柜内冷藏至2个小时或至凝固,即可享用。Pour red bean and soy milk into the blender and blend until fine, then pour into a small cup, refrigerate in the fridge for 2 hours or until it is set, enjoy.
