    用甘香调味料包,加入佛手瓜和冬粉等材料快炒而成,就是一道美味的素料理。

    Step 1

    镬内热油,爆香小葱头和姜茸,放入红萝卜和佛手瓜,炒匀。Heat oil in wok, sauté shallot and chopped ginger till fragrant, toss in carrot and Chayote, stir fry well.

    Step 2

    加入浸软的香菇片,快速兜炒后加入Nyolike 素甘香酱拌炒均匀。Add in mushroom, stir well and toss in Nyolike Vegetable Kam Heong Sauce, stir till well combine.

    Step 3

    注入浸泡香菇的汤煮至滚后放入冬粉,煮3分钟至汁浓稠即可上桌。Add in mushroom soaked water and glass noodle,simmer 3 minutes on low heat until all ingredients are evenly coated and sauce thicken.

    Step 4

    吃时搭配生菜或饭一起享用。Serve in lettuce leaves or rice.
