【烹饪小贴士】佛手瓜片易熟,所以先煮软芋头后才放瓜。

    Step 1

    材料切½公分厚片。Cut Chayote into ½ cm thick slices.

    Step 2

    佛手瓜片拉油,备用。Blanch Chayote with hot oil and drain.

    Step 3

    芋头切½公分厚片炸熟,备用。Cut yam into ½cm thick slices and deep fry until cooked.

    Step 4

    烧热适量油爆香调味料A,加入调味料B煮滚,加入芋头片,再加佛手瓜片煮至瓜熟,以调味料C勾芡;即可排上碟。Heat some oil in wok, sauté seasoning A until fragrant,toss in seasoning B and bring to boil; add in yam and follow with Chayote,braise until cook through,thicken with seasoning C and dish out.
