    Step 1

    用1汤匙食油和姜、蒜头、盐、辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉及胡椒粉混合,然后用来腌鸡肉,收入冰箱至少30分钟。Mix 1 tablespoon oil, ginger,garlic,salt,chilli powder,black pepper and pepper together. Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    把剩余的油放入不黏锅里加热,炒大葱1-2分钟至透明。Heat remaining oil in a nonstick pan. Fry the onion for 1-2 minutes or until translucent.

    Step 3

    加入腌鸡肉,炒约10分钟至金黄色,加入3-4汤匙滚水,加盖焖煮10分钟或至鸡肉熟透。Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry gently for 10 minutes until golden brown. Add 3-4 tbsp boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or till chicken is tender.

    Step 4

    拌入柠檬汁,再撒上芫荽叶和青辣椒即可盛出,配白饭吃。Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle over with coriander leaves and green chilli. Serve with hot white rice.
