    Step 1

    把小扁豆片泡热水1小时,然后以加了盐的滚水煮25-30分钟至软身。Soak lentils in a cup of hot water for about 1 hour. Cook in a pot of salted water for 25-30 minutes till soft to the bite.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把小茴香和芥末籽爆香,然后加入咖哩叶、辣椒干、姜茸、黄姜粉及大葱,以中火炒4-5分钟。Heat oil in a sauce pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. Once it splatters, add curry leaves, dried chillies, grated ginger, turmeric powder and onion. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入马铃薯、番茄及芫荽,炒均即可盛出。Add potatoes, tomato and coriander leaves, stir to mix, dish out.
