    Step 1

    将鲜鱿洗净后沥干。Wash and clean sotong,drain until dry.

    Step 2

    用½杯油炒香材料B。Stir fry ingredients B with ½ cup oil until aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入洋葱片炒匀,加入鲜鱿煮熟。Add in big onion,stir fry well. Add in sotong to cook.

    Step 4

    拌入材料C调味,关火后才拌入材料D。Stir in ingredients C to taste,turn off heat and stir in ingredients D.
