    Step 1

    预热烤箱至180摄氏度。用中温在锅中融化黄油1-2分钟,然后停止加热。向锅中加入红糖与鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat for approx. 1-2 min. Remove from heat. Add brown sugar and eggs to saucepan and stir until well combined.

    向锅中加入可可粉、泡打粉、面粉与盐,搅拌均匀后,将巧克力粒拌入锅中。Next, add the cocoa, baking powder, flour, and salt and stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips to pan and stir to evenly combine.

    将1汤匙可可面糊团成高尔夫球大小,然后压扁。向每个小饼上涂抹榛子酱,并各放一颗焦糖糖果,包裹起来,捏紧边缘。将包好的面糊放在铺有烘焙纸的烤盘上,撒上盐花,放入预热至180摄氏度的烤箱中,烤制8-12分钟。Form one tbsp dough into golf ball-sized shapes and then flatten into cookies. Place some hazelnut spread and a caramel candy into each cookie and seal edges. Place cookies on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with fleur de sel, and bake in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for approx. 8-12 min.
