    Step 1

    将药膳汤全部材料煮滚后以小火煮1小时,倒掉渣,汤留用。Boil all herbals ingredients with water for 1 hour,filtered.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜片和香菇及其他材料B,加入药膳汤以小火煮约40分钟,加入调味料即成药膳上汤。Boil all herbals ingredients with water for 1 hour,filtered.

    Step 3

    粗面线煮软捞起过冷水后,滤干水分放入碗中,淋上药材汤料即可。Scud Mi Sua until cook,and then rinse with cold water,drain and place in bowl. Pour soup over to serve.
