    Step 1

    干群带芽用清水泡软备用。Soak Wakame sprout in water until soften.

    Step 2

    煮滚2¾杯水,加入全部材料B,煮约2分钟,至菜软身,加入材料C和材料A煮片刻,即可盛入汤碗享用。Bring 2 ¾ cup of water to boil,put in all ingredients B and cook for 2 minutes until vegetable soften. Add in ingredients C & A,boil briefly;then pour in to bowl to serve.
