马来千层糕是大马人从小吃到大的糕点,这个食谱教大家做咖啡口味,如果不喜欢咖啡,也可以随自己喜好作调整哦。

Directions
把材料(A)混合均匀,分成2份,1份加入(B)搅匀,1份保留白色。Combine ingredient (A) and divide the batter into 2 portions. Mix one portion into (B) coffee essence and the other remains white.
预备1个9寸蒸盘,搽上少许油蒸熟2分钟。Grease 9" steaming tray and heat up for 2 minutes.
把咖啡面糊舀入1份倒入蒸盘,盖上以中火蒸3-4分钟。Pour one bowl of coffee batter into tray, cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
倒入白色面糊,继续中火蒸3-4分钟。Add in white color batter and continue steam for further 3-4 minutes.
重复做法至面糊蒸完,最后一层蒸10分钟。Repeat the step till the batter is finish. Last layer steam for 10 minutes.
待糕冷却后用塑胶刀切出即可。Remove. Leave to cool, slicing it with a plastic knife.
