    Step 1

    鸡蛋和糖一起搅拌至糖溶解。 Whisk egg and sugar until sugar completely dissolve.

    Step 2

    加入盐、咖啡精、面粉及发粉,搅拌均匀。 Add in salt, coffee essence, all-purpose flour and baking powder to continue mixing.

    Step 3

    加入开心果和杏仁,搅拌均匀。 Add in pistachio and whole almond, mix well.

    Step 4

    把面团收在冰箱6个小时。 Rest the dough for 6 hours in refrigerator.

    Step 5

    从冰箱取出面团,分成2份,搓成长条。放入预热烤炉以180℃烤20-25分钟。 Separate the dough into two portions, shape into log.Bake at 180℃ for 20-25mins

    Step 6

    让饼条冷却后切成4毫米厚片。 Cool down the biscotti and cut into 4mm slices.

    Step 7

    再放入烤炉,以140℃烤15分钟即可。 Bake for second time in the oven at 140℃ for 15mins.
