    Step 1

    将树仔菜用沸水川烫,滤干水,备用。Blanch sayur manis in boiling water,drain.

    Step 2

    甜竹剪粗条炸脆,备用。Cut sweet bean curd stick into strips and then deep fry until crispy.

    Step 3

    马铃薯连皮煮软,切块备用。Boil potato with skin until soften,and then cut into wedges.

    Step 4

    烧热油,加入全部香料爆至溢出红油,接着加入材料B煮片刻,再加材料A和调味料待滚即可。Heat oil in wok,sauté spices until oil turns red; toss in ingredients B and bring to boil; and then add in ingredients A and seasoning,once boiled again,dish out.
