咸花生饼条Salted Peanut Bars

【材料】
A: 花生牛油曲奇混合料500克、芥花油3汤匙、水1汤匙、鸡蛋1粒、
B: 牛油花生粒285g、玉米糖浆2/3杯、牛油 60克(切丁)
C: 香草精2茶匙、迷你棉花糖3杯
D: 脆米粒2杯、含盐花生2杯

【做法】
1.把花生牛油曲奇混合料、油、水及蛋混合,然后倒入13 X 9寸的涂油烤盘里,压紧。放入烤炉,以180°C烤12-15分钟至凝固。
2.与此同时,另外把牛油花生粒,玉米糖浆及牛油混合,以中低火煮至滑,然后加入迷你棉花糖及香草精。
3.把混合料淋在曲奇底层上,撒入脆米粒和花生,压平后烤1-2分钟,冷却后切条享用。

【Ingredients】
A: 500g package peanut butter cookie mix, 3 tbsps canola oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 egg
B: 285g peanut butter chips, 2/3 cup corn syrup, 60g cup butter(cubed)
C: 2 tsps vanilla extract, 3 cups miniature marshmallows
D: 2 cups Rice Krispies, 2 cups salted peanuts

【Method】
1.In a large bowl, combine ingredients A. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13 inch×9 inch pan. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until set.
2.Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine ingredients B. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in C.
3.Pour mixture onto the baked crust, sprinkle D over, press down lightly, bake for 1-2 minutes to set.Cool completely on a wire rack, cut into bars.
