    Step 1

    将鱼片洗净切片,加入腌料腌制10分钟。Wash fish fillet and marinate with condiments for 10 minutes.

    将米浆材料A放进碗里搅拌成浓面糊,再加入米浆材料B拌匀。Mixes batter ingredients A into batter;mixes in ingredients B.

    Step 3

    烧热4杯炸油,将鱼片沾上米浆,放进油锅,炸至金黄色即可捞起,沥干油份。装饰后即可享用。Heat 4 cups oil in wok,coat fish fillet with batter and deep fry until golden brown; drain, garnish and serve.
