咸香可口塔香素鸡 Vegetarian Salted Basil Mock Chicken

材料
香酥素鸡500克
九层塔叶碎1汤匙
粟米粉2汤匙
木薯粉4汤匙
腌料
多用途咖喱粉1½汤匙
生抽1汤匙
做法
1.把香酥素鸡放入大碗里,加入腌料拌
匀,腌制30分钟。
2.加入粟米粉和九层塔叶碎拌均,再裹
上木薯粉待用。(图1-5)
3.放入热油里,用大火炸至金黄色,捞
起沥干油趁热上桌。(图6)

Ingredients
500g mock chicken
1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
2 tbsp corn flour
4 tbsp tapioca flour
Marinated ingredients
1 ½ tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
1. In a big bowl, marinate mock chicken with
marinated ingredients for 30 minutes.
2. Add in corn flour and chopped
basil leaves, mix well. Coat the
chicken with tapioca flour, set aside. (pic 1-5)
3. Deep fry the mock chicken into hot oil till crispy and golden
brown, dish out and drain. Serve hot. (pic 6)
