    百吃不厌的咸鱼炒饭,吃了回味无穷。炒饭要尽可能用隔夜饭来炒,因为其水分较新鲜饭少,炒的时候不容易粘成一团。

    Step 1

    烧热3大汤匙油,煎香丹佬咸鱼和银鱼仔,取出备用。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, deep fry Danau salted fish and anchovies till crispy and fragrant, set aside.

    Step 2

    放入蒜茸爆至金黄色,然后打入鸡蛋,加入白饭一起拌炒。Saute chopped garlic till golden brown, beat in egg and white rice, stir fry well.

    Step 3

    放入调味料炒匀,最后加入咸鱼和银鱼仔翻炒均匀。Toss in seasoning, mix well. Add in salted fish and anchovies, mix well.

    Step 4

    加入青葱粒拌炒即可盛碟。Sprinkle with some spring onion, done.
