    咸鱼茄子煲相当之美味和下饭。咸鱼独有的香味搭配茄子,口感咸鲜滑软适合众人口味。

    Step 1

    烧热油放入茄子过油,然后捞出沥油。Heat oil in wok, deep-fry eggplant until slightly golden. Remove from oil, Set aside.

    Step 2

    把多余炸油盛出,然后放入咸鱼以小火煎香,取出备用。Keep some oil in the same wok, deep-fry salted fish with low heat until golden brown. drain.

    Step 3

    放入肉碎炒至松散,加入姜茸、蒜茸炒香。In a claypot, add mince meat and stir-fry well. add in chopped ginger and garlic, fry well.

    Step 4

    倒入调味料和茄子及红辣椒碎拌炒。Add in seasoning, eggplant and red chilli, stir-fry to mix thoroughly.

    Step 5

    勾芡后盛入砂煲中,撒上葱花盖上盖子焗热2-3分钟,即可上桌。Add cornstarch water and finely chopped green onion into claypot, cover the lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes, serve immediately.
