啤酒焖排骨软嫩可口,如果不想吃排骨,可以用羊蹄取代。

    Step 1

    用腌料腌排骨数小时,然后炸至金黄色。Season pork ribs with marinade for several hours.Deep-fry in hot oil until golden.

    Step 2

    另外热麻油,把小葱头茸、蒜茸及姜炒香。Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry shallots,garlic and ginger until lightly golden.

    Step 3

    加入炸排骨、指天椒、啤酒及清水,然后拌入调味料,小火焖煮30分钟至肉软。Add prefried pork ribs,chilli padi and pour in beer and water.Stir in seasoning.Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

    Step 4

    加入大葱、青瓜及灯笼椒,炒均勾芡盛出。Add onion,cucumber and capsicum.Fry briefly.Add thickening to mix.
