    Step 1

    把猪油放入镬中加热,放入白饭翻炒至猪油香味溢出。 Heat pork oil in wok, add in white rice and toss until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入生抽、猪油渣及青葱粒拌炒均匀。 Add in soy sauce, crispy pork lard and spring onion; stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 3

    将饭移入瓦煲中,盖上以中小火焗约3分钟,饭底起微焦香味即可上桌。 Transfer rice to clay pot and simmer in low heat for 3 minutes until the bottom is slightly burnt; ready to serve.
