    将豆包用适量油煎到金黄色备用。Sear gluten with some oil until golden brown.

    Step 2

    把材料B飞水备用。Blanch ingredients B.

    Step 3

    烧热2大匙油爆香材料C,加入四季豆炒香,再加入材料B炒片刻后加入煎香的豆包炒匀,加入调味料,快手兜炒上碟。Heat up 2tbsp oil in wok,sauté ingredients C until fragrant,toss in French beans,and then add in ingredients B and follow with seared gluten. Stir-fry and add in seasoning,dish out.
