四川榨菜炒猴头菇Stir Fried Lion’s Mane Mushroom In Szechuan style

【材料】
榨菜150克(浸泡、切丝)、猴头菇250克、青、红、黄椒(切条)、清水1小碗、辣椒干4条(切段)

【调味料】
生抽1茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、麻油适量、素蚝油2茶匙、素香菇粉1茶匙

【做法】
1. 烧适量油,炒香四川榨菜,加入青、红、黄椒及辣椒干,猴头菇炒匀。
2. 倒入清水和调味料,煮至收汁即可。

【Ingredients】
Hot pickled mustard 150g(soaked and shredded), 250g Lion’s Mane Mushroom,
green, yellow and red capsicum (shredded), 1 small bowl water, 4 dried chillies (cut sections)

【Seasoning】
1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper, some sesame oil, 2 tsp vege oyster sauce, 1 tsp vegetarian mushroom powder

【Method
1.Heat oil in wok, saute hot pickled mustard until fragrant, toss in green, yellow and red capsicum, dried chillies and lion’s mane mushrooms, continue stir-frying. until aromatic.
2.Pour in water and seasoning, stir and flip until sauce thicken, done.
