来一份充满中东风情的沙拉吧!这个沙拉灵魂成分是布格麦(Bulgur Wheat),布格麦是由干燥以后的小麦碾碎而成,吃起来有点像糙米饭,不过有着麦香;混着米一起煮也非常好吃,布格麦比白米多了更多的膳食纤维。卡路里差不多、蛋白质约多2.5倍,也提供不同的维生素。料理方式也非常简单,用水煮或用热水泡个十分钟就可以吃了。有分颗粒大小,颗粒大的建议用煮的,颗粒小的话用热水泡五分钟就行咯。

    在大平底锅中加入水、茴香、咖喱粉、姜黄粉、盐和胡椒,煮沸后关火,再往其中加入小麦,搅拌均匀,用铝箔盖住,静置约20分钟。 与此同时,将红洋葱、灯笼椒、黄瓜切成小块,欧芹、薄荷和莳萝切碎。将大葱斜切成薄环状,西红柿则切成易入口的小块。In a large saucepan, bring water, cumin, curry, turmeric, salt, and pepper to a boil. Cut green onion crosswise into thin rings and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
