    Step 1

    根据包装上的指示,用加盐的滚水煮意粉至软身又带弹性,滴干。Cook farfalla in plenty of boiling salted water following packet instructions or until elasticity.Drain.

    Step 2

    起锅热橄榄油和牛油,以中火把烟肉煎至酥脆,盛出,加入大葱,炒1-2分钟至软身,然后加入红萝卜丝,炒1-2分钟。Heat olive oil and butter in a heavy based frying pan over medium heat.Add streaky bacon and fry until crispy.Dish out.Add onion and fry for 1-2minutes or until softened.Add carrot and saute for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入海盐和黑胡椒粉,倒入一半的鸡汤,煮至滚。Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.Pour in half the fresh chicken stock. Cook to a boil.

    Step 4

    加入青豆煮一会。Add frozen green peas and cook briefly.

    Step 5

    加入意粉,炒至汁干,然后放入脆烟肉。Add cooked pasta and stir-fry until sauce is dry.Put in prepared bacon crisps.

    Step 6

    吃前撒入额外黑胡椒粉及parmesan芝士茸即可。To serve:immediately sprinkle over with coarse ground black pepper and parmesan cheese.
