    心得交流站 :腐皮卷外皮容易焦, 要用慢火半煎炸。

    Step 1

    沙葛丝用清水冲洗过,用于榨去水份,备用。Wash Sengkuang and then squeeze off water by hand.

    Step 2

    芋头丝用油炸过,备用。Deep fry the juliennes yam until crispy.

    Step 3

    烧热1大匙油,炒香四季豆丝,再加入所有馅料快手兜炒,加入调味料炒勻上碟。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté French bean,then toss in all other filling ingredients,add seasoning and stir to mix,dish out.

    Step 4

    取一片腐皮,加入适量馅料,撒上材料B,包成春卷状,用面糊收口,至全部包卷好,用油半煎炸至金黄色即可,享用时配上沾酱。Place some filling on top of bean curd skin,sprinkle ingredients B on top,roll up and seal it. After finish prepare all rolls,deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.
