    Step 1

    用2大匙油爆香蒜米片,加入云耳和红萝卜炒香,加入西芹、白莲藕和甜豆炒匀。Sauté garlic with 2 tbsp oil in wok, toss in baby fungus and carrot; follow with celery, lotus root and peas.

    Step 2

    加入调味料炒匀至香,加入粟粉水快速炒匀,盛起,洒上夏威夷果,即可。Add in seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant; thicken with starch and dish out.
