    Step 1

    材料D以温油炸至金黄色,备用。Deep fry ingredients D with warm oil until golden brown,drain.

    Step 2

    材料B飞水,备用。Blanch ingredients B and drain.

    Step 3

    爆香姜片,加入材料A炒香,加入材料B炒匀,再加调味料兜匀,即加入材料D,上碟趁熟享用。Heat oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,toss in ingredients A and follow with ingredients B;add in seasoning and toss in ingredients D,dish out.
