【烹饪小贴士】蒸金瓜盅不可蒸过熟,用筷子可以轻轻插入瓜肉,即是熟了。

    Step 1

    将金瓜切去顶部,挖空,内面抹少许盐,隔水蒸20分钟至熟。Open cut the top of pumpkin,remove the seeds,marinate with some salt and then steam 20 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 2

    金瓜块隔水蒸熟后趁热压成泥,加入1饭碗水拌匀成金汤,过滤备用。Steam pumpkin cubes until cooked,mash into puree while still hot,and then mix with 1 bowl of water,filtered.

    Step 3

    烧热适量油,爆香姜茸、竹笙、冬菇片刻,接着加入所有材料B和C,再倒入准备好的金汤,煮片刻再加入调味料勾芡,即可盛入蒸熟金瓜盅享用。Heat some oil in wok,saute ginger ,bamboo pith and mushroom until fragrant,toss in all other ingredients of B & C,pour in pumpkin soup and bring to boil,season and thicken with starch; and then shift the soup into pumpkin shell.
