    西兰花和包菜花切小朵,先烫熟排上碟待用。Cut the broccoli and cauliflowers into florets blanch in boiling water until cooked, drain and arrange on plate.

    把鲜白蘑菇下锅略炒香,加入调味料和粟米粒,红甜椒一起煮滚后,淋上菜花上即可食用。Sauté mushrooms in wok until fragrant, add in seasoning and corn cream, boil with red capsicum, and then drizzle over cauliflower to serve.
