    其实简简单单将腐皮和紫菜折叠捲起蒸熟煎香,就已经美味可口兼营养丰富。

    Step 1

    把豆包放在碟上,加入调味料略拌匀。Marinate gluten with seasoning and mix well.

    Step 2

    将腐皮摊开加上紫菜,再铺上豆包2块,然后排上5种蔬菜卷紧,头尾封好,用保鲜纸包上。Arrange seaweed on top of bean curd skin, top with all vegetables, roll up and secure tightly, seal both ends and wrap up with cling.

    Step 3

    把已卷好的如意彩卷放入蒸笼,以中火蒸10分钟,取出待凉。Steam the veggie rolls in steamer over medium heat for 10 minutes, remove for cooling.

    Step 4

    烧热油锅,放入彩卷略炸至金黄色即可盛起,切两断排上碟享用。Heat oil in wok, deep-fry the colorful rolls until golden brown, cut into 2 to serve.
