姜汁南瓜汤圆露 Golden Pumpkin Ginger Broth

材料 :
南瓜600克(切片)、热水600毫升、冰糖120克、斑兰叶4条、姜2块(拍扁)、汤圆10粒、西米露1碗
做法 :
1. 把斑兰叶、姜和南瓜一起放入热水中煮至出味。
2. 再加入冰糖煮溶后,熄火,去掉姜及斑兰叶。
3. 把整锅南瓜糖水倒入搅拌机内搅拌至成南瓜泥。
4. 再把煮好的西米露和汤圆倒入南瓜泥里即可食用。

INGREDIENTS :
600g pumpkin (slices), 600ml hot water, 120g rock sugar, 4 pandan leaf, 2 ginger (smash), 10 dumpling, 1 bowl sago
METHOD :
1. In a pot, add in pandan leaf, ginger and pumpkin, bring to a boil.(pic 1)
2. Add in rock sugar cook till dissolve, off heat, remove pandan leaf and ginger. (pic 2-4)
3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into food processor and blend to become puree.
4. Add in sago and dumpling into pumpkin puree, serve immediately. (pic 5)
