    Step 1

    热锅后倒入麻油,将老姜丝炸至金黄色,捞起备用。 Heat sesame oil in wok, fry ginger until golden brown, dish out.

    然后倒入嫩姜片快炒, Pour in young ginger and stir fry quickly,

    发出香味后再置入鸡肉块。倒入清水煮沸后转至小火焖煮一会。 once fragrant emerged, add in chicken. Pour in water, once boiled, turns to low heat and simmer.

    直到水分稍微收干后即可加入调味料。 Simmer until gravy reduced, add seasoning.
