    拥有独特名字的娘惹名菜——胭脂鸡,用上各式的香料来腌制,不但香气扑鼻,炸得香脆的鸡块吃起来咸香,让人大呼过瘾,欲罢不能!

    Step 1

    把材料A放入搅拌机搅拌成泥,备用。Blend all ingredients A until smooth puree, set aside.

    Step 2

    鸡肉加入材料A及材料B搅拌均匀,放入冰箱腌制2小时。Marinate chicken with Ingredient A and Ingredient B evenly, keep into refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    热一锅油,把鸡炸熟,放入铺好香蕉叶的盘子,排盘即可上桌。Heat oil in a pot, deep-fry chicken until golden brown and cook,arrange on a plate with banana leaves, serve immediately.
