    Step 1

    排骨以3汤匙生粉抓洗,然后以清水冲洗干净。 Mix pork ribs with 3 tbsp flour, wash and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,放入蒜茸、姜蓉、兰花黑豆豉 酱及兰花豆酱爆香。 Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and sauté ingredients B till fragrant to become sauce.

    Step 3

    把肉骨与爆香酱料,调味料及其余配料拌匀, 腌约30分钟。 Marinate ingredients A with sauce and seasoning for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    待蒸锅水沸后放入肉骨,以大火蒸45分钟至肉软。 Bring water of steamer to the boil, steam pork ribs over high heat for 45 minutes.

    Step 5

    取出撒入青葱粒即可。 Remove and top with some chopped spring onion, done.
