    Directions

    馒头是以面粉经发酵制成,主要营养素是碳水化合物,是人们补充能量的基础食物。

    Step 1

    全部材料放入搅拌机,搅拌成光滑的面团。Place all ingredients into stand mixer, mix and knead into smooth dough.

    Step 2

    分割面团成每份50克,包入30克馅料。重复这动作至面团用完为止。Divide dough into 50g each, wrap in 30g filling. Repeat the same step until the dough is finish.

    Step 3

    将剩下面团分成3份,分别加入红麴粉及巧克力,粉搓均匀成为粉色面团及褐色面团。Take the left over dough divide in 3 portions, one portion mix with red yeast rice powder, another portion mix in chocolate powder, knead to become pink color and brown color soft dough.

    Step 4

    将白色面团及红色面团搓成长条细线,互相交叉绑成一条线备用。Roll the white dough and the red dough into thin lines and tie them together into one line, set aside.

    Step 5

    眼睛及嘴巴做法:将巧克力色面团,搓成长条细线眼睛;粉色面团滚圆后压扁成为嘴巴。To make eyes and mouth : Roll the chocolate dough thinly to make eyes; flatten pink color dough to make mouth.

    Step 6

    将馒头放置一旁休息发酵至双倍大。Let the dough rest until double in size.

    Step 7

    将馒头放入蒸炉内以中火蒸20分钟即可。Steam mantou into steamer with medium heat fot 20 monutes, done.
