    用意大利面吃出川式风味!如果你还是倾向于中式面条,可以用生云吞面代替意大利面。

    Step 1

    把意粉煮熟后加入橄榄油拌均,置放一旁。Cook spaghetti until al’dente with a teaspoon of olive oil.Drain and put aside.

    Step 2

    辣椒油做法: 把油倒入小锅,加入蒜茸,爆香后盛出,加入辣椒干,炸至香味溢出后加入盐就熄火,然后过滤待用。To prepare chilli oil: Heat oil in a small saucepan.Add garlic and fry until golden,crispy and fragrant.Dish out and set aside.Add dried chillies and fry until oil is spicy and fragrant.Add in a pinch of salt.Sieve the oil and put aside for use later.

    Step 3

    把所有酱汁材料混合,然后淋在意粉上,再滴上辣椒油,搅拌均匀。把适量意粉装入碟,撒上装饰料,再撒爆蒜茸即可上桌。Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl then pour over prepared spaghetti.Drizzle in chilli oil and toss well to combine.Dish out into individual bowls and add garnishing ingredients.Sprinkle over with garlic crisps
