    Step 1

    用自油涂蛋糕模。Grease the cake mould with shortening (vegetable fat) on the flat surface.

    Step 2

    把烤炉预热至180℃。Preheat oven at 180℃.

    Step 3

    将所有粉类混合过筛。Beat butter and brown sugar until light and creamy, then slowly add in the eggs one at a time, followed by sifting the cocoa powder, plain flour, baking powder and baking soda into the mixture.

    Step 4

    把牛油和黄糖搅拌至发起,然后逐个加入鸡蛋,之后再加入所有过筛的粉类。Finally pour in fresh milk and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Step 5

    后倒入牛奶,搅拌成滑面糊。把混合料倒入蛋糕模内,放入预热至180℃的烤炉内烤40分钟。Pour the mixture into the cake mould and bake at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
