    烤鸡加上番茄酱和巴马芝士,这顿鸡肉晚餐一定能满足你的味蕾。

    Step 1

    先把鸡扒洗净吸干水份,切走多余脂肪部份,然后洒上少许盐和黑椒碎。Wash and drain the chicken chop, cut off the excess fat, sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.

    Step 2

    平底锅放油烧热后,放入鸡扒煎至两面金黄约8成熟,用厨房纸巾吸干多余油份。Heat the pan and add some oil, add chicken chop and fry until golden brown on both sides, use a kitchen paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

    Step 3

    把蕃茄干酱涂上鸡皮上,洒上巴马臣芝士碎后放入烤箱,180℃烤12分钟即可。Spread the Italian tomato sauce on the chicken skin, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, put into oven and bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes.
