    干贝是有名的八珍之一。它味极鲜美,容易保存,发制方便,可以作成种类繁多的名肴。消暑、凉血、解毒,富含蛋白质,是减肥美容良品。

    Step 1

    把津白菜切成4瓣,用油煎香至微黄,捞起滤干油份。Cut the Chinese cabbage into 4 petals, sauté with hot oil until slightly brown, drain.

    Step 2

    将水、小干贝、当归和调味料煮滚,倒入炖锅里,摆上津白菜,洒上枸杞子,炖1小时即可。Boil water, add in dried scallops, DangGui and seasonings, pour into a stew pot, top with Chinese cabbage, sprinkle with Chinese wolfberry, and simmer for 1 hour, done.
