干锅马铃薯片 Griddle Pot Potatoes

材料 :
马铃薯2粒(切片)、红辣椒1条(切片)、青葱1棵(切段)、蒜头3瓣(拍扁)、
姜1小块(切片)、五花肉100克(切薄片)、大葱1粒(切丝)
调味料 :
兰花黑豆豉酱1汤匙、兰花豆酱1茶匙、糖½汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙
做法 :
1. 烧热适量油,放入马铃薯片炸至表皮微黄,沥油备用,把油盛起。
2.留油少许放入大葱丝,炒香,盛起放入碟子备用。
3.把花肉片放入煎至脆及香后,加入蒜头和姜片爆香。
4.加入调味料及炸香马铃薯片一同拌炒。
5. 倒入适量水、红辣椒和青葱煨一煨即可上碟。

INGREDIENTS :
2 potatoes (slices), 1 red chilli (slices), 1stalk spring onion, 3 clove garlic (smashed),
1 ginger (slices), 100g pork belly (cut thin slices),
1 big onion (shredded)
SEASONING:
1 tbsp Orchid® Black Bean Paste, 1 tsp Orchid® Bean Paste, ½ tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken
granule stock
METHOD :
1. Heat oil in wok, deep fry potatoes slices till crispy and golden brown, drain.
2. Keep some oil in wok and sauté big onion till fragrant, set aside.
3. Stir fry the pork belly until just crispy, add in garlic and ginger, stir fry well.
4. Toss in seasoning and crispy potatoes slices, mix well .
5. Pour in some water, red chilli and spring onion, simmer for a while, done.
