    Step 1

    年柑2粒去皮,拨开一瓣一瓣,备用。Peel Mandarin oranges and split into segments, set aside.

    Step 2

    煮滚2000毫升水,加入所有材料B煮约1小时半后,加 入柑和豆腐再煮30分钟,加入盐即成。Boil 2 liter water,add in all ingredients B and cook for 1½ hour;add in Mandarin orange and tofu, season with salt,done.
