    Step 1

    酱汁做法Method for sauce:芦柑去皮用果汁机打成汁,过滤备用。Peel tangerine and blend into juice,filtered.

    Step 2

    所有酱汁材料拌匀后煮滚,即成酸甜酱。Mixes all sauce ingredients and bring to boil,done.

    Step 3

    腐卷做法Method for roll:烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜末,加入馅料B炒香上碟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,add in filling B ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入馅料A和调味料A拌匀成馅料,取一片小腐皮,放入适量馅料,卷起2段用面糊收口,至全部卷好,用油炸至金黄色,沾上年柑酸甜酱吃。Add in filling A and seasoning A ,mix well;wrap some filling with a sheet of bean curd skin and roll up,seal both ends with batter. Finish all roll,deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and serve with tangerine sauce.
