    年已过完,厨房往往还有剩下年糕,可以动动脑筋换个吃法。例如拿来煮年糕红豆羹,年糕香软Q韧,加上软绵的红豆,美味极了!

    Step 1

    把浸泡后的红豆,加入水盖过,与班兰叶煮滚后转小火继续煲半小时至开花。Cover the soaked red beans with water, boil with pandan leaves, turn to low heat and continue to boil for half an hour.

    Step 2

    放入年糕继续熬煮半小时至红豆软,年糕溶化后加入糖试味。Add the rice cake and continue to simmer for half an hour until the red beans are soften. Add in sugar after the rice cake dissolve.

    Step 3

    把年糕红豆混合料放入果汁搅拌成红豆羹。Put rice cake and red bean mixture into the blender and stir into thick soup.

    Step 4

    加入椰浆拌匀并加入莲子享用。Pour in coconut milk, mix well and add lotus seeds to enjoy.
